Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MawaqitGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country or region of residence. Where those laws conflict with these Terms, those laws prevail.

Use of Service

MawaqitGo provides prayer times, weather updates, and other spiritual resources for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

Premium, Subscriptions & Purchases

MawaqitGo is free to use. We also offer an optional Premium upgrade that removes ads and unlocks additional features. Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription (offered in different plans) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Some early registrants may receive complimentary lifetime Premium as a promotional grant, which we may define, limit, or withdraw at our discretion.

Billing. Purchases are processed by Google Play, and subscriptions are managed on our behalf by RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The price and available plans are shown to you before you buy and may change over time, with any change taking effect only for future billing periods.

Auto-renewal. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Google Play account is charged for the renewal within that 24-hour window. A one-time lifetime purchase is billed only once and does not auto-renew.

Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Google Play account under Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds. Because payments are handled by Google Play, refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy and are requested through Google Play rather than directly from us, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All original content on MawaqitGo — including text, our name and logo, and software — is the property of MawaqitGo and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without express written permission.

The photographs used in our page backgrounds and hero imagery are not owned by MawaqitGo. They remain the property of their respective photographers and are used under their applicable licenses — primarily Creative Commons licenses (such as CC BY, CC BY-SA, and CC0), with most images sourced from Wikimedia Commons. Full attribution for each photograph, including author and license, is listed on our Photo Credits page. Any reuse of these photographs is governed by their individual license terms, not by these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MawaqitGo is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the prayer times or weather information provided are 100% accurate at all times, although we strive for high precision.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MawaqitGo or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
